I was very satisfied with Allen Door. I thought I might need a whole new system, but the gentleman from Allen Door told me I just needed a part. I would say my overall impression was satisfaction with them. They were honest with me. They could have told me I needed a door, when I just needed a part repaired.
Their customer service was super, very prompt and they finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. They installed two new garage doors and garage door openers. Everything is working the way it should.

Allen Door has repaired garage doors for us at our business, and they’ve also replaced both garage doors and transit doors in and out of the building. They’ve done a lot of work for me. I think they’re fairly priced. They don’t make you spend money that you don’t need to spend. They make recommendations. You call with what you want, and they tell you what you really need… they try to save you money. They’re friendly, fairly priced and they get an A.
